Grace Filled Living | week 14 | a better covenant – part 2

Sermons

“But this is the new covenant I will make with the people of Israel on that day, says the LORD: I will put my laws in their minds, and I will write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

And they will not need to teach their neighbors, nor will they need to teach their relatives, saying, ‘You should know the LORD.’ For everyone, from the least to the greatest, will know me already.

And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.”

-Hebrews 8.10-12 (NLT2)

“Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others….”
– 2 Corinthians 9.6-8 (NLT2)

Finances are a consideration in many of the decisions we make on a daily basis, often wondering things like…
Do I, or will I have enough?
Is this a wise choice considering my circumstances?
The bible teaches that we experience God’s grace in our finances through giving. The grace of giving is an invitation into a life of freedom and generosity where money is a tool…not a master.
